Using the concept of ‘rewilding,’ Mary Briggs designed a garden that is ‘2/3rds for the birds’ an idea sparked by Doug Tallamy in ‘Bringing Nature Home.’ Using a combination of Oregon native plants and other drought-tolerant plants from around the world, Mary has created a beautiful and ecologically beneficial habitat that has low-water requirements and nearly always something in bloom for the pollinators to enjoy.
